Next Thursday, February 7th, I’ll be at The Annenberg Center for Global Communication Studies at the University of Pennsylvania for a talk and roundtable with Elihu Katz, Dov Shinar, Marwan Kraidy and Monroe Price.  Topics slated to include the role of foreign assistance in Middle Eastern media and the development of Palestinian television.  11:30-2:00, location TBD shortly.
